“Traveler, your footprints are the only road, nothing else. Traveler, there is no road; you make your own path as you walk.”

In this conversation held in Silks Club, Kaiying Huang held a concert to pay tribute to the dialogue between east and west that ALIEN has presented. In Golsar, Germany, she was hailed as "the musician who can do as she pleases, who has a mastery over the piano." Denmark Thisted Dagblad praised her for her "exquisite musicality and refined skills, the way she handles music is so exciting and persuasive that it grabs you by the heart." Kaiyin Huang, an internationally renowned pianist, graduated from the Juilliard School, Yale Graduate Institute, and a Ph.D. from the State University of New York. At the age of fourteen, she stood on stage at the National Concert Hall. At the age of seventeen, she performed her first concerto with the Taipei Civic Symphony Orchestra at the National Concert Hall. In 2013, the “Taiwan 88” project was launched across seven continents around the world, with special emphasis on promoting Humanitarian care with music in developing countries; co-founding the first Myanmar Music Festival in 2014 and inviting Myanmar’s democratic leader, Aung San Suu Kyi’s participation in the event.

Music allows us to feel each other’s existence, each other’s warmth. Music also conveys messages, which in turn can help people. Tonight, we embarked on a journey to explore the world. Along the journey, we arrived in Tunisia and met a musician who had insisted on his creation after the revolution because he believes that music could bring strength to his companions’ spirit and give them better opportunities to face even more challenges in the future.
