Longan Honey; Violet Flour; Native Eggs from Taiwan Alviani explored the essence of metal surfaces through his signature -

Designed with the volume of geometric solids, the castella features a cubic shape, orchestrated with Kaohsiung’s longan honey known for its unique scent, native eggs, and violet flour from Japan, all adding to its flavor. « 1.2.3.4.5.6.» esagono, a lead is found in honeycombs, for the patterns in hexagon are built with the golden ratio in nature. The hexagonal grids are a mathematical wonder by honey bees; to create the largest space possible for honey storage, this brilliant species tried circles, triangles, squares, and even pentagons, but only to build structures with gaps anyhow. Eventually, bees are destined to cross paths with hexagons, which prove to avail the largest storage capacity. Honey-kissed cocktails topped with honeycomb biscuits together represent the geometric shapes fashioned by Mother Earth.
